when it all started!
Being a child, dreaming big dreams, I never thought this would become real. The Butterland was created in my little brain while watching my grandmas and mother bake and cook the most amazing meals. The way everyone gathered around, the feelings of togetherness and memories shared, drove me towards my dream.
Having the support from my family makes these dreams come true.
Supporting me through culinary school, long workdays and late nights baking make it possible.

There are plenty of details that go into making a dessert.
at the butterland we have educated ourselves about the ingredients before carefully crafting recipes through trials,
errors and successes.
We LOVE creating all of our desserts from scratch using local and fresh ingredients. it doesn't stop there; we always make sure to keep our little factory clean and organized to create picture perfect desserts!
